All the best KT, hope you recover from the injuries and hit the ground running.

Maybe see him in the hoops again down the line, if not thanks for the memories.

    Hail Hail

It's not really a fair comparison, when we had Larsson our wages weren't that far off what was getting paid down south, in todays game he'd be on at least 100k a week.

This wouldn’t be as hard to take if we had signed a better left back than effe ambrose and mo camaras love child.

All that emotion in the post. Why did you leave then, Kieran? I foresee him doing a Maloney if things go * up.

He was a good player for us but not the end of the world. Just gives someone else the chance to shine.

He's 22 FFS....How many of us would've had our heads turned at 22.

When I was 22 I was a fukin mess...imagine having all that thrown at you.

Good luck to the lad despite the disappointment.

Is a young lad not allowed to have amibitons?

He's spent his childhood with us, we've raised him, nurtured him and he's shown the attitude and aptitude to develop that most in Scotland at his age very seldom have in football.

It is testament to how after years of tweeking and moulding, we are starting to develop quality like him and that type of quality isn't destined to stay in Scotland.

He has ambitions to be a world class LB and have his name touted about as being within the best in the world Celtic can't offer him that.

He's been honest in statement that his dream was to play for us and he's did it, achieved more then he can ever dream of in the process but I'm sure even for him he's dream becomes a job that ambition he has will become a more dominating factor.

He'd had seen * like Wanyama (less so), VVD and Robertson all coming from us and ending up being CL winners/finalist. Will he get that at Arsenal, * no, I'd have said he'd be far better suited to Spurs but arsenal are the ones who persisted and wanted their man.

That whole leaked document confirming everyone had a price probably won't have sat well with either and to be part of your boyhood dream only to find the suits are more then happy to be rid of you if the money comes is going to sting a little.

He's not the snake, KT is a genuine celtic lad you don't go around sorting out your old youth coaches after winning your first YPOTY if your a selfish grade a, money * * waffle.

He deserves any and all praise he gets, yes he's perhaps given up a truly legendary status here by missing out on the 10 but this the modern game and money talks for everyone.

Also worth noting that with football you never know what could happen and he could retire at 32, 10 years isn't a long time.

He clearly has an ambition that sadly just can't be met by Celtic and Scottish football as a whole, he's allowed to that as he's shown he's quality.

Honestly hope it all works for him and he takes over from Robertson as the best LB for Scotland and arguably in the PL.
