I genuinely didn't think he'd be the quickest in the side as shooders is rapid and we've got some pace with even guy's like Gamboa and Hayes who aren't even anywhere near the side. Edouard and Sinclair are obviously really quick. Hendry, Boyata and Armstrong..

Since his injury though, KT definitely has come back a yard or 2 faster. It feels like he beats every right back he wants just from a wee nick and go. More a powerful runner with decent stride from the off..

Interesting the talk about him being like Bale. Definitely some similarities. Think Bale was a winger then left back when first getting a start before moving back up again and KT was a winger at the start. Turning in to quite a good finisher when he's in front of goals also..

Would like to see KT getting on some free kicks, especially sticking them in the box..

If Sutton said Tierney was white Craigan would argue that he wasn’t.

If we’re talking about Scotland captain then knowing McLeish it’ll probably be Cristophe Berra.

Should defo be Tierney though.

He could easily play left wing given the time, but I think he's just far too good of a defender to push up the pitch. Left wing back in the 352 suits him perfectly I think.

 

Think they might want to put the armband on McTominay so they’ll give it to Berra or Gordon short term

 

For me it's either Robertson or KT for the Scotland captaincy.

We need somebody who'll be part of the Scotland squad for a long time, not somebody who'll be there for a campaign and that's it.

If McLeish is smart, and unlike many on here I'm willing to give him a chance, he'll start focusing on the younger Scotland players while keeping around the veteran influence i.e. Berra, Fletcher etc.

 

KT could easily be ours and Scotland's captain after Brown retires.
He's got the strength of mind, always gives 100% and leaves everything on the park plus he's mature beyond his years. It wouldn't faze him at all, he'd be very inspirational. Sure we've even seen him shouting at other players if he thinks they need to get their act together, guy is totally fearless and I hope he stays long enough to become the legend he will be as his blood flows Green and White.
