    why did we not just sign mcarthy. mcarthy looks much more of a prospect and stronger. Mogga must be buying him to play in the first team with the 3m euros so who drops out

    Like any other team they don't want to lose their star player at a crucial point in the season. Which is understandable but i agree i don't think the negotiations are over. I don't think we'll get him before their season is finished though.

    1) Donati, from what I hear, is the second name on the team sheet after Aiden.
    2) The Korean lad is only twenty. He won't be a first team starter for a year or two.

    SOUTH Korea international Ki Sung-yong has agreed to join Celtic in the January transfer window, according to reports from Korea.
    The 20-year-old FC Seoul midfielder will link up with the Scottish Premier League side at the end of the K-League season with local media claiming the transfer fee to be around 3.5 million US dollars (£2.1million).

    "I am so happy to achieve my dream of playing in Europe," Yonhap News Agency quoted Ki as saying.

    Celtic wanted to sign the player before the end of August but with Seoul leading the K-League and in the quarter-finals of the Asian Champions League, the club decided against a quick sale.

    "I want to go to Europe after Seoul get a good result in the Asian Champions League," Ki added.

    Seoul, who sold Lee Chung-yong to Bolton in July for a similar figure, were also pleased with the deal.

    "In the beginning, there was talk of a transfer in August but it was pushed to January because of our team's circumstances," FC Seoul general manager Han Woong-soo said.

    "Now it's a win-win for both clubs."

    Good to see. Many positves in this, good player with potential, good commercial prospects. But what does this mean for crosas? Think crosas is quality and we need to keep him.

    Its an interesting one with crosas, i thought he would fit well into a TM team with his passing ability. Tony did say the Sung was one for the future so may be not going to go straight into squad
