    Dont think anyone is saying he will be the only signing but he might be the only striker we sign and that would be disappointing. .. but lenny did say he was looking for a guy who will score the same amount of goals as hooper so I think that rules out Doyle

    Plenty of people are banging on about "If Doyle is signed as a replacement", or "If we only bring in Doyle" blah blah * blah.

    Even IF we do sign Doyle, he will not be the only striker we bring in.

    George isn't a striker and having Sammy as a striker limits us to having him in his best position. Him at left wing and being able to drift is one of the most dangerous weapons we have.
