In the pub I used to work in we sold cans for £2 each and a pint was £3.50. Don't even know if we sold wine, no one ever asked for it!

Is the Kerrydale Bar upstairs where they used to do hospitality stuff? I'm * if it is, broke my toe yesterday and I can barley getting a shoe on let alone attempt stairs.

£3.80 a jar is fine, you'd expect to pay that.

When I'm at a football match? Normally the bar within the stadium mate :52:

At big stadiums the norm in Britain, wherever I've been, is £4.50. £3.80 a pint is good.

I dont think i could bring myself to pay them prices, £3.80 for a pint just sounds wrong.

Usually in the town it's around £3.65 now. You get cheaper olaces and that but you tend to find the beers not as good. Usually get a cracking pint in Celtic Park.

Saying that, last time I was in Dublin I paid 14 * Euros for a Guinness.

You pay more than that in hotels, up market boozers, festivals, concerts.

You can't expect to pay Wetherspoon type prices in decent venues.

I'd recommend anyone coming over for the Celtic v Liverpool match to STAY AWAY FROM TEMPLE BAR!! Prices go up every hour so you'll end up paying €17 for two pints
