Stokes can play well for Falkirk, but i dont think he can be with us.

And Miller is a great player, we wouldnt have qualified without him.

Thats a fair point but I think it is also fair to say that Kenny Miller while a good player is not a prolific goal scorer and doesn't strike me as ever being one.

His attitude and workrate is grand, no doubt. he might be good enough for the spl (only one scoring striker needed), but in europe if we want to achieve things, we need to have 2 decent strikers, who are able to score.

dempsey just hit the nail on the head.

Agree with Dempsey to Kenny, but tbh everyone know that am a fan of Zurawski - thatswhy i will say something to his performance last night.

He were weak, very weak. In some moments he didn´t know what he have to do at the pitch. He had one or two situations were he played some good passes, but - no one, I repeat no one played a ball to him. If he got the ball then it was in a difficult situation. Anyway he were poor and there are no excuses for him.

as much as im not a fan, Zurawski would have finished 2 of Millers chances.

Aye but he's no getting in the positions he was getting in last year either.
At the moment he's just a passenger, which we can't afford.
Weird thing is that that between the 2 of them ye have the makings of 1 very good striker.

It's not just Miller, our whole striking force has been very poor so far. They go 6-7 games without scoring and they miss some unbelivable chances. Miller's finishing is the poorest I've seen in quite a while, and I really regret selling BBJ. JVOH seems to be the best of them, yet even he had quite a few games and didn't score as many as he should have. We definitely need a new striker cause the lack of proper finishing is starting to cost us games, as I have no doubt that if Miller has put his huge chances away things would not have got as bad as they did.

Hang about! Just how many games have out best strike partnership played together (most people think Kenny and JVOH would be the best)?. Very very few-maybe only one or two full 90 mins together and probably just one when both were fully fit. The strikers are partly doing poorly because the partnership changes almost every week. I think Kenny and JVOH would be great after 3 or 4 fully fit back-to-back games together. Kenny is a confidence player and just needs to get back on a run. I do not think that he is just a tryer. He is pretty skilful too.

As for the rest, Magic does not even try anymore and JJ is not a striker (I would sell both and buy new blood in). I agree Beattie could be a great player but he is never fit. JVOH is excellent seems to have glass legs too. As for Stokes-yes I would go for him as we need a back up big stiker to understudy JVOH. Dare I say it yet again but with all the strikers off form there is a known prolific scorer sitting doing nothing but being played out of position in the reserves. Why TF not play him up front this weekend?

If larsson had millers pace and questionablley his work rate he would of been the greatest striker ever.

Larsson had both those attributes, and is arguably one of the greatest strikers ever.

Miller is not a striker never has been never will be, although his work rate is superb and at best he is a provider. On the other hand why all the talk about Miller when we had the biggest waster/ponce on the park in the shape of Aiden chicken hearted mc Geady. Why doesn't someone bury the little, complete and total waste of time shitebag and be done with him

Give him time. This is not a seasoned international pro who has seen it all before. That's the problem with youngsters, they are inconsistant.
