Days gone we had a knack of helping once great players recapture form.

Sadly, he doesn’t fall into this category and we don’t have a good enough squad to help. Hope he learns to win games on his own.

I watched quite a bit of Watford when I was living and working in North London and I really liked the look of him. He did well at Brugge before Watford brought him in and then come in and done a good job in the Premier League for Watford scoring 10 goals in what was a poor Watford team that got relegated and didn't create chances. Watford them sold him for something like 15 million but it didn't quite work out for him at Forest, maybe he fell victim to them signing loads of players at the time. He went out on loan back to Watford and Blackburn but he never really got up to match sharpness as he didn't have much pre season. Dennis can play anywhere along the forward line and is really quick and a good dribbler and surprisingly good in the air. Would be more than worth the gamble because there is a player there but it probably won't happen.

It’s amazing how a terrible transfer window has gotten worse after it closed.

Guy i work with is from seville and supports them. Laughed when i said we had signed this fella. His description of ineacho was unprofessional. Constantly late for training and rarely arsed putting in a shift. They have signed alexis sanchez instead apparently.

You never know the backstory to what went wrong for players. Could just be a * sure, but could easily be a Sevilla problem in a club filled with big names and egos. BR has his problems tactically but he is a great man manager and if there is anyone that can get him into form again its him.

We'll just have to wait and see.

Aye but is his missus less of a * than Vardy's? That's what really matters.

    Peak years :56:

This guy’s peak years were probably 21-22.

Maybe mate, but Boro fans also said this guy strolled about never looking arsed. It doesn’t bode well.

36 yo Alexis Sanchez? At least they signed someone younger than Iheanacho.

Hopefully he has a point to prove. And he rediscovers his form from Leicester & Man City.

You are most likely correct to be honest. I highly doubt it, but lets say he can come back to his Leicester/Man City form, and add to that in his peak years, we would have a incredible player on our hands. As i said, i doubt it. The only hope we have for this is Brendan Rodgers.

We've somehow managed to sign the worst link of them all..

Don't know how this can be spun as a positive in any way..

Rodgers ripping the pish out of us calling him athletic as well..

It's either that or we get used to the huns having dominance in Scotland again.

Our board made a * of it when Rodgers left the first time. They hired Neil Lennon to win the 10 and from there on in it was a * show.

But oddly they then signed Ange, and backed him. Even had signings come in before the January window opened. The rest is history.

If we lose the league this season it may kick-start similar activity that we saw in 2021-2022.

We need a huge backlash though, we can't have * buy the EL package, ideally the upper stand gets closed and the fans hurt the board financially.

If they don't act though the huns will probably sack Martin and get somebody competent in and then have their shot at 9 in a row etc.
