keane loan ???

a do like forum just dont see point in talking * on it and to say spurs will give us him on loan again is talking * as they have said they wouldnt loan him and to think we will buy him is also talking * as we dont have the money

there is always loan for a year man, it's more than possible. i dont think it will happen but that doesnt mean it wont!! I didnt think it would happen last season either!!

you just never know mate, We've sold Forune, we still have at least some of the McGeady cash to spend and other players have been linked with moves away before the window shuts e.g. Samaras, Loovens.
He's 30 years old now and not getting a game, It wouldn't be the most shocking thing if Redknapp accepted a bid of maybe 5-6 mill for him, considering his value is hardly going to increase if he stays at Spurs. Then there would be the small matter of his wages, well we've majorly trimmed the wage bill with all the loan signings going back to their clubs as well as McGeady, Boruc, McManus, Fortune leaving so we could definitely afford a decent wage offer. Let's say for argument's sake we offered 40k a week and said take it or leave it. Only 2 or 3 days until the window closes, come up to Celtic and get treated like a king, score goals and win trophies or sit and warm the Spurs bench every week. Sure, it's not very likey but it's definitely not impossible, many stranger things have happened...Craig Bellamy plays for Cardiff!

Here's the scenario, today at the Tottenham - Wigan game there's 10 minutes to go, Keane is on the bench and wigan have just scored, now instead of turning to the club captain, and more experienced forward Arry brings on Pavlachenko instead, whilst playing against one of the whipping boys of the EPL, now if Arry can't trust him in game like today's, the guy has no chance for the rest of the season, Keane MUST realize this, could you imagine how Keane is feeling tonight after that. IF Celtic are going to make an approach again then it should be done NOW, as soon as Lenny wakes up tomorrow he should be straight on the blower, it's now or never, just ask the question, you never know we might just like the answer

 

The guy obviously has no ambition whatsoever if he ends up at Newcastle.

 

Disapointed in keane. Ambition was to play for Celtic when it should be to win the league with Celtic. Maybe he will want to come back aged 37 or something!!!

 

If we can't have him i'm glad The Toon can. He & Carroll are a perfect match

 

Maybe they're the only club who has agreed a deal for him, I would say it shows good ambition to go out and earn your wage instead of sitting on the bench.
