I think he contributed massively to our poor performance. His distribution was really poor leading to nervousness in the stands and more so on the park. He gave them the ball back so many times which just fuelled their fire.

Picked the worst day to have his worst game. He was hopeless in that first half.

Has had quite a few Hart'esque moments playing the ball out from the back recently. Coaching staff need to be telling him to cut it out. Some real Sunday league howlers today.

Lost his composure today and it seemed to infect those near him.

Probably didn't want to get indigestion having just eaten a big lunch of magic mushrooms. Something has to explain some of his "passes" out today.

Erm, yes well...ah..pppfft! Not a good day at the office, like the majority but some potential howlers he got away with. Queens Park would've punished us for some of them

His worst game today. Should've been a leader and was anytime but today.

    Will go back to it..
Id rather our keeper clear their lines and relieve the pressure than give the ball away deep in our own half and add to the pressure on us.
Iv seen this before under Rodgers when Gordon was our keeper, losing the ball by giving it to the opposition deep in our won half or hitting high balls to full backs out of the park.
There is a time and a place for playing our from the back. We put ourselves under needless pressure continually.

He never does. It's something I've noticed as well he comes out passes the ball a couple times has a wee game of 2 touch then heads up the tunnel. Similarly noticed Hatate and Maeda stay out a bit longer than the rest they tend to stay out and warm up with the subs whilst the rest of the team go up the tunnel can only assume we've punted the translator

I thought the distribution from both keepers was terrible today. The big difference was that Butland was booting it out the park at the half way line whereas Kasper is giving it away 20 yards from goal. As you say we need to be more pragmatic when trying to pass through a press is clearly not working

Is it weird, though? Rangers are decent in the press and we lost both our pivot and a first choice CB and the the backup CB the day before the game, leaving no time to practice and drill the contingency build up plan. We also had to play a CB who never plays.

I don't know why people don't see this as significant. Schmeichel and CCV are two of our most reliable performers and both have a stinker on the same day? It's not coincidence.
