Guys never seen Larsson in hoops. Poor *..

 

That was great, brave. But also a bit concerning, a glimpse of what the older lumpers playing full back will try do to him when he plays. There's no rush with the lad, still think hes too young for a loan. Involve him with the first team squad & get him a couple of starts & some bench time next season. And continue to work on his phyisical side. I like a few others, seems to be mainly the older Dad like members , was concerned about his age/size but he was terrific.
Whens he contracted till anyone know?

 

He is small but he is built like a wee Tonka truck already. Great upper body strength and thighs like Carlos.

 

Apparently has a contract til 2021. I think the limit on youth contracts is 3 years and he signed his first at the end of last year

 

Daughter is already in love with him. He's going to quickly takeover from Leigh as her favourite player.

 

Boy looks ready now, great pace and actually strong on the ball, should get a lot more 1st team action next season as well.

 

It's one thing getting a good chance at a packed Celtic Park on trophy day in a "meaningless" game against a 16 year old left back.

Did great, was delighted to see him on and taking on people with confidence, but I'll no be jumping the gun the now.

I want to see his attitude on a cold wet night on Hamilton's * park before I pass total judgmement.

Good start from him, want to see more.

 

Feels like an eternity

 

Im as excited as anyone about the guy but there isnt much we could conclude form watching him yesterday. The big question is will he be able to cope playing with fully grown men. Everyone seemed to have completely overlooked that Hickey weighed about 7 stone himself, is 17 and couldn't run two yards without having to shake off cramp afterwards. Its probably why he was always in space. He might as well have been playing in the youth team cup again

 

Won't read too much in to it,he was up against another 16year old left back who was playing with a knock.

But, we can be excited about next season with him. His attitude is fantastic and wants the ball, isn't greedy and wants to drive forward.

From the flash of game time we saw from Arzani, what we know of dembele, the buzz around shved, the experience of Forrest, a revitalised Sinclair (fingers crossed) and a young Johnston, next season on the wide areas looks exciting.

And we all still want Roberts back! Good times.

Yip exciting times would defo loan mikey out though.

 

Done nothing wrong,great attitude but when he plays on a cold,wet * night midweek and starts getting the kicks we will learn a lot more.
Still its great to see and brings a spark to the team.

 

Is he related to Moussa?

Those two up front would be unstoppable.

It was a meaningless match but to get your debut at 16 in front of near 60,000 folk with all the hype behind him it’s a lot of pressure and he handled it fantastically. Not getting ahead of myself either but if he can come on and change a game like that at only 16 he’s a special player.

Obviously still a lot to learn and hopefully a bit of a growth spurt, but by 18 if he’s still here he’ll be a regular starter.
