Had an absolute nightmare, out of position or not.

Why didn't we bring on Bernabei?

Bizarre decision for me

 

Shocking when he come on. If his head wasn’t in it to start the game, which it clearly wasn’t, why bring him on to play out of position when we had a natural left back on the bench. Get him away as soon as possible as in my opinion as it doesn’t appear like he wants to be here.

 

Not having the whole out of position justification, it's not like a striker playing at the back or vice versa, he is a full back already just on the other side. I'm sure he didn't play * on purpose, we didn't lose and he's a decent lad who will hopefully be sold and get us a good fee so all is well.

 

Do love the guy but my *, that was one of the worst performances against them I can remember in a long time.

Big mistake by Ange not bringing on Bernabei, but he went with experience.

 

Aside from his atrocious defending, looked like he had his boots on the wrong feet today. He was honking on the ball

 

Just get him to *. ASAP.

 

Big Ange is a world class operator, but not immune from criticism. Bringing JJ on instead of Bernabei was * ludicrous. * shat his pants.

 

Strange bringing him on instead of a proper LB however I can see why he was brought on... experienced player who had a very good WC and who played there for us before. More of a calmer head than Bernabei. Backfired but can see the thinking behind him coming on.

 

He gave the ball away I think it was five times with out getting a pass right his effort at defending a set piece in the box was weak as * to point Morelos nearly scored the. Was weak as * again leading up to the pen shout effort was absolute minimal

Would like to point out sikala usually used on Left hand side if Kent’s injured or operating in the middle so by that point of view sikala was out of position and still ripped juranovic a new *

Thought he was outstanding.

 

As I said out of position or not but it was obvious right footed Sakala mainly ran Juranovic on his left side. Also on he normally plays off the left, I don’t watch much of them but anytime I have seen him play has been on the right particularly since Beale came back.

At the end of the day Juranovic a good standard International full back shouldn’t be getting roasted by a player with such limited ability as Sakala.

 

Was obvious from the moment he walked onto the pitch his head wasn't in the game.
