Anything north of £15m I'd be happy with.

Think £20 million minimum. Given his performances at the World Cup against the best in the world. EPL sells and buys utter * for £15 million.

I'd take 12 million plus... He had a few good games at the WC.

Chelsea are ready to revive their interest in Celticright-back Josip Juranovic as they await news on the extent of Reece James’ latest injury setback.

Blues star James was forced off on his long-awaited return to action, in a 2-0 win against Bournemouth on Tuesday, from the knee injury that kept him sidelined for three months and ruled him out of the World Cup.

The news is set to see Chelsea accelerate their long-term interest in Croatia international Juranovic.

The 27-year-old, who was named in the World Cup team of the tournament, could cost as little as £8million.

Celtic are understood to be open to listening to offers for their star defender during the January transfer window amid growing Premier League interest.

Chelsea were interested in Juranovic during the summer window and a deal could be wrapped up quickly once the January market reopens on Sunday.

Worth far more than £8M especially since still under contract till 2026. Unless he has a clause but can’t see us allowing that.

The fees being mentioned are ridiculously low, and I can’t see him going for £8m.

Simply no need for us to entertain offers at that kind of level. He’s not going to be breaking records, but we should always be trying to increase the average level of fee we get when selling our better players.

No way we should be letting him go for anything less than £20M

Look at the teams he is been linked with. All big clubs that spend big money.

If they all think he's that good he is going to improve their team he can't be an £8m player.

I always felt that getting £15m for a 27 year old right back was going to be tough. However, pre world cup, I genuinely believed that we would still get a 8 figure sum. Now? After the world cup he had and the way he played? Minimum £12m with significant add ons.

The club will look at £8m as £5.5m profit. However, we should be looking for at least £10m profit on him in my opinion. No chance we are entertaining £8m for him surely to *. This is where I wish Ange would be more forthright with our players and their transfers. Remember someone asked Rodgers about £14m for Dembele? His reply was something like "what game are they buying him for" or something along them lines.

We have always been and always will be a selling club now. That's totally fine but you cannot sell you best players for * peanuts. £8m is nothing in reality. Be lucky to have £5m profit once Legia have their cut from it.

Someone called it the other day watch the Scottish media now start to downplay the fee with bullshit like their is a large clause to go to legia … they are now saying their is a release clause at 6 million …. Club Celtic size and fees they demand just don’t see that at all funny thing is when they make up these stories all the journalist is doing is sticking an elaster plaster on the wound make them feel better for few days but the real truth will always come out

No way he has a £6M release clause. And Chelsea can bolt if they think he's going to the for just £8M after the world cup he's just had.

I wish people would stop harping on about a player being "27" like it means they've got dementia and brittle bone disease... Players are a long way from the pissheads that had to retire from serious football at 30. Look at Ronaldo, Messi, Modric etc... Players who take care of themselves and are professional can go to mid to late 30's easily nowadays... JJ could potentially play at top/good level for another decade!

When people talk about him being 27, it's in reference to him not going to have a sell on value.

Teams like Chelsea, Manchester United and Barcelona don’t care about sell on value, they care about league and European titles. That means getting in the best players available to fit their style.

The media are dumbasses. By talking down our players, they devalue the whole SPL and hinder the SPL becoming as big as possible. Instead of consistently selling players at market prices to better leagues to enrich this league, also closing the financial gap to the big elite clubs, they’d rather talk us down and contribute to our European struggles.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.

They probably don't to be fair. I'll be completely honest with you, I never expected any of them clubs to actually come in for him.
