    he would be a better signing than baba . he is taller , stronger and more of an out and out target man . he is a prolific target man ...which is rare . would be the new chris sutton . he would have no cultural adjustment , and would score 25 goals a year up here no doubt . plus he would give us that height we have been lacking. doubt we will get him , would need to stretch to 4 or 5 mill . would be very exciting signing though .

    that nite i said to my mate i would rather get ramis the spanish centre half but fell thro,i feel we are at that point again we have to get a quality centre half and then hopefully baba and we are in with a good shout for the league

    compare that celtic team to the present and i think were head and shoulders above it tbh, i think we'll win the league if we get a real commanding centre half and an aerial presence up front, rhodes, baba, juhasz, in the summer id like some more pace on the wings, snodgrass would be good.

    the £3m bid from West Ham was reported in the Mail. i doubt it's true tbh. i can't see Huddersfield holding out for more than £4m. if we were to push the boat out, i still think we have a shot of getting him in. would be great but it's a long shot.

    Pretty sure the article in the mail says they had "a bid rejected for the £3 million-rated striker" and not "a £3 million pound bid rejected."

    I'd say if we cough up £3 mil plus performance-related add-ons he'd be ours.
