I’d rather we give a youth winger the time when we require a backup option, Hayes isn’t required.

Aberdeen is his level. Hopefully we can send him back or elsewhere. Nowhere near good enough. Like Hendry, a decent SPFL player who we've spunked over a million quid on.

Even the Aberdeen fans were surprised we brought him here . Hopefully some English championship club will take him off our hands . Unfortunately another * buy .

would any of them be missed |>? talking about squad depth , it's the lack of quality squad depth that's the issue you could get rid of they 6 and they wouldn't be missed yet all weve got rid of is Armstrong and Roberts who are missed.

1m here and there on Compper,Hendry,Gamboa and Hayes aint good enough spending.

I think JH is a decent guy and I like him and it was really nice he did that for the boy and I'm sure it made his day.

What that he should have let the wee orc get a doing ... :fear:

Seriously though from his time up here I have heard of a few similar stories about Hayes, he is a good *.
I still think he is capable of doing a job for us domestically at least.

Nice to hear a positive story on here, bet the kid felt on top of the world (obviously after recovering from the kicking). I'd still rather have Hayes on the right at the moment over Sinclair.

    Yes he can.

Consistently one of the best players in the Scottish top flight for years, and probably the best player in the league outside Celtic the season before he joined.

Shame his broken leg hampered him when he was getting a game and coming into form but he's been criminally underused by Rodgers, as well as out of position on the right.

Wee man would burst a gut for us down the left, and would give us direct proper left wing play that we need i.e. someone running down whipping a ball in (other than KT) I mean, instead of our LW cutting inside at all opportunities.

    Class act.

Played pretty well against Livingston and we scored a whopping 3 goals in that game. Get him in the starting lineup.

Been weird, he played really well in that game on the left, then was binned and has only appeared on the right again since and recently not even been on the bench.

Albeit it was only Livingston. Same happened to Sinclair about a month ago, he played well in 2/3 consecutive games althugh I think only started 1 or 2 but then he never got a game again for ages and was back to * again yesterday.
