Surely this is in either UEFA are Dutch FA Jurisdiction? It was not done in Scotland. Guidetti needs to get a lawyer to use this and make the SFA look stupid.
Also the person that is offended will he be called to the stand.
    This really is a joke!!!:56:

If he gets done for this after the Tonev incident I really hope that Celtic take the whole SFA to a real court and show them up for being the corrupt bunch of * they are. It's a diagrace that this is even being looked at. A * farce.

Managers offend each other and fans with comments in the media every week.

Offending someone is not a crime or a punishable offence, get a grip SFA.

Looking forward to hearing this song extra loud at the next few fixtures.

Poor teams in trouble getting offended...we need to protect their little feelings so they won't have a wee greet that their club * DIED!!!

This should be laughed out but for some reason I see it being dragged out.

What punishment did griffiths actually get last season? Don't recall any action being taken

They won't go away if we keep feeding them.

Almost tempted to go stand in the Car Park at Hampden and sing it while the hearing is on.

Typical gutless SFA. If the result is no charge, does that mean an omission that the "Huns are deid".

He'll get charged for bringing the game into disrepute, guaranteed.

    From the BBC story-
"Any rule against fan behaviour is against the club. It would have to be fairly serious for a club to be prosecuted for fans singing something and probably would have to be a criminal-type scenario or grossly offensive for that to be done.

So singing about child abuse, up to their knees in * blood, famine is over and plenty of other sectarian songs is not serious then?
    * wanks. Double standards as usual.

Henrik Larsson has told Celtic's on-loan Manchester City forward John Guidetti to stop talking about a summer return to Feyenoord as Celtic and their fans do not appreciate it. Larsson joined Celtic from Feyenoord in 1997. (Sun - Subscription required)

    Get him telt, Henrik. :50:

Been pretty critical of JG recently but I'm thinking if he gets his head down and starts scoring and playing until the end of the season then we should offer him a basic contract. Their is defo a player in there. He could be some player for us. I don't mind a bit of arrogance if your banging in goals every week but when you can't buy a goal it looks silly.

If he had scored 30 odd goals this season i could see the point him expecting a large contract but hes been no better than anyone else so he should be happy with a basic contract he should have to earn a large contract
