FA and FIFA rules allow transfer paperwork to be completed after deadline

 

both parties have already said that the deal will go ahead regardless off missing the europa league deadline ffs

Anyway, ma mate just called, he lives in Switzerland and said its definitely going through. Basically he took his dug Henrik for a walk up beside the head office(because henrik likes taking a * in the gardens beside the Fifa building). Anyway, henrik ran off to take a * and when he came back, he said he overheard pistol Pete on the blower to sepp. Apparently sepp said its fine, he'll confirm it after he's had his smoked sausage supper and can o Stella. Don't think it got lost in the translation as his dug is pretty reliable. So ma mate said Henrik said "woof, wooooof. Wooof ruffff woof" which roughly translated means - aye sepp said guidetti is free to sign and I've taken a big dump to celebrate. Doesnae git it wrang does Henrik!

 

Am I right in thinking the SFA could have done what the English FA done last night and just helped us out a little bit but they didn't because they either didn't know the rules or couldn't bother their arses? Both of which are as equally as bad.
