Maybe we signed Guidetti and released him same evening.

Guidetti was only on if the Scepovic deal fell through. He took another u-turn which meant Guidetti was no longer a priority. How on earth could we not fill out some paper work on time?

If it's too good to be true, it usually is. 2 good strikers on deadline day is a dream unheard of.

 

Absolute * joke if we messed this one up. He was at Parkhead at about 7 PM ffs, looks like we prioritised that Sceopvic over Guidetti. Scandalous bunch of inept * running our club at the minute tbh.

3 strikers out, 2 * ones kept, 1 brought in who doesn't even want to be here.

All done 2 months too late as well.

 

There is only one site to trust,until then everything is bullshit.

Celtic didn't even have to have all the paperwork ready all they simply had to do was fill out 1 form and fax it the the SFA requesting an extension....like arsenal and man u did....same rules apply the fact we didn't makes me think we didn't really want him in the first place

 

but his previous club was monace just means it hasnt been updated
whereas with guidetti his club should be man city unless it has been physically updated

 

doubt uefa could justify holding back guidettis carear especially as he wont get game time at man city and he is only 21

Celtic await ratification of Guidetti’s transfer by the SFA. The player travelled to Glasgow yesterday afternoon and quickly concluded a deal with Celtic, but it took until late in the evening before paperwork arrived from Manchester.

Aware of the delay, Celtic applied to the SFA for an extension. The SFA authorised the extension and subsequently received all relevant paperwork, Celtic believed they were over the line, but I understand we are in new territory with respect to extensions, so the SFA have asked Fifa for guidance.

Paperwork was submitted considerably before Manchester United completed the 2am signing of Radamel Falcao, so there is reason for hope, but it’s not clear in Glasgow what discretion the FA used to register Falcao. The same may or may not be available to the SFA.

 

hes good enough that he scored a hatrick against Ajax..sure hes had injury problems but he has the hunger to get over it ..if he signs he will be fantastic for us...and cost next to nothing,which the board will love.

 

He's been given the number 7 shirt.
