You seem to be saying that you'd like WGS out and JC in. That would suggest that you don't have a high opinion of the job he is doing.

one thing about JC being celtic manager, does anyone remember when he left celtic when he played

if you dont look it up ,it wasent nice he was our star player at the time and * off and left us in the brown stuff for more money ,so a no to john "i need money" collins ever being celtic manager asistant manager or even ball boy,and SUPRISE SUPRISE it was a money reason he left hibs today

the celtic board are known for there stance on money, collins widnae last anyway

i understand how you come to this conclusion after my 1st post in this thread , my opinion is that i believe jc could do a better job than wgs ,
i see nothing wrong in saying that , i think jc would demand more passion and fight from the players wearing the hoops , rather than say every game
was played beautifully and we should have won .

aye bit of a * really JC that is, I'm not a fan of WGS, but it would be a big risk to sack him in favour of Collins.
I'd like to read your views on GS Martin, if you can be bothered copy and pasting them.

I would suggest that there are severe doubts about Collins' ability to get his players running through a brick wall for him.

I have it on good authority (ex Hibs player) that Collins' ego gets between the relationship of him and the players.

I have questioned his man management skills, but we have had a bit of a trait of fighting to the last minute. Against the Champions of Europe for example.

Nor has there been any revolt.

That's true Tim. It was a complicated situation. If he had gone to England we'd have got money. But since he went to Monaco, who were not in the European Union we got no transfer fee. I suspect he got a nice golden hello instead.

    Tricky one.

Say goodbye to the League then:bbpd:

You must be having a laugh!!

John Collins took over a Hibs team 4th in the League and got them to the lofty heights of 6th.

Just now they are 5th behind Motherwell and Dundee United FFS.

Allegedly he is an extremely arrogant man who doesn't have the respect of his dressing room.

WGS might have some faults but talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.

What happened there martin was that, as monaco is outside the EU Fergus tried to obtain a transfer fee for him on a technicality, but UEFA vetoed it saying as the play in france they come under the same ruling as other french clubs on the matter.
Im almost positive that was the situ. as he left on a bosman.
