Boruc did not regularly assault people. Barton is an ACTUAL convicted criminal.

 

Boruc attracted a lot of attention,rightly or wrongly,he did.I think if we were to sign him for the first time,of an epl side after being splashed across papers for non football reasons,we'd be debating if he has the right mentality to be a success in the gold fish bowl that is glasgow

Barton is at least respectable regardless of his past compared to Diouf, he's a changed man now off the pitch but he's much the same on the pitch. Absolutely love Joey Barton. You just have to listen to that recorded prank call to Diouf to know what type of * he is.

 

I think you are way off base with Boruc. He was never a thug, he thrived on their hatred the same way Neil Lennon does. The only reason he was in the paper was because the way this racist country hated him. Joey Barton is a thug, he give his all on the park but he snaps too easy and is an animal when he does. When he was jailed he was jailed for acting like an animal by randomly attacking people on the street.

 

We have Broony, Kayal, Ki, Commons, Ledley, McCourt, Wanyama, Forrest and a whole load of midfielders in the youth team. Do we really need idiots like Joey Barton to lose it for no reason

And as for the general Barton and Diouf debate, Diouf is much more of a scumbag IMO.

 

If Joey Barton had been a Rangers player when he did all the wankerish things he's done then people wouldn't be saying Diouf is much more of a scumbag imo.

It seems to me the reason people are saying Diouf is far worse is because Diouf's spitting incident involved a Celtic fan and because Diouf signed for Rangers and carried on acting the * while he was here. In some ways it is therefore understandable to think Diouf is worse.

But if you look at what Joey Barton has done over the years, both on and off the park, he is every bit as bad as Diouf. He's a lowlife cheating thug and a horrible human being. Just like Diouf.
