    He’s thick as *.

Listened to him on Piers Morgan too, as soon as he got slapped about by Bianca Westwood he just gave it the “you’re all shouting I’m here for a real debate” patter. He’s braindead.

Some women are pushed into positions because companies want to look diverse, when really they couldn’t give a *. I’ve seen it with companies I’ve worked with. Doesn’t mean they are aren’t qualified. Doesn’t mean they can’t learn on the job and take the opportunity on better than others would.

I agree that the best for the job should be hired, but that is not a gender argument. He actually believes that a male playing in Sunday league is more qualified to talk about mens football than a female international.

    Desperate for attention.

Joey Barton charged over malicious communications

Ex-footballer Joey Barton has been charged with making malicious communications.

The former Manchester City, Burnley and Rangers player is due to appear in court later this month.

On his X account, the 41-year-old said he had been charged over tweets relating to broadcaster and multiple league title winner Eniola Aluko.

Cheshire Police said the charges concerned messages sent between 1 and 18 January.

In a statement, a force spokesman said a man from Widnes had been "summoned to court to face charges of malicious communications".

They added that following a police investigation, the Crown Prosecution Service had "authorised the charges for Joseph Barton".

The spokesman said the former footballer was due to appear at Warrington Magistrates' Court on 30 July.

Police wasting their time over Barton sending mean tweets while majority of petty crimes go uninvestigated. Insane, just ignore him.
