Joe Hart

Really don’t understand his weakness at corners, he’s a * big guy just go through them all.

Made up for it with that late save but still shouldn’t of been in that position. A new keeper is a top priority.

 

We all know that GK is a problematic area and he’s done us a turn but clearly showing that his time is up.

Also I hope tae * we are not looking at Kelleher to replace him, he was * grump for Liverpool today as well.

 

It's his footwork that's so slow now and his reactions are miles off too often now..

 

I wonder could be away in January or would Brendan see that as a gamble?

 

Weak, slow, terrible with the ball at his feet and prone to howlers now.

Criminal that he wasn't replaced in the summer.

 

He’s right.

 

We knew in the summer we needed a keeper and a left back and we bring in 9 new players but none for those positions a pure cluster * from the head of recruitment.

 

It was a great save.

 

He should have been upgraded on in the summer, 3 year deal, 1-2 as first choice giving us time to find somebody younger long term, with him as backup til the end of his contract.

 

Been a great servant and influence, but he needs hunted. If he’s here past the summer in any capacity as a player, I’ll be disappointed. Genuinely don’t think he’s even good enough for backup if he can regularly concede goals like that one today against utter dross such as St Johnstone.

 

Was it though? Or are we just settling for a mediocre keeper. If that had went in everyone would be screaming that he shouldnt be beat.

He even palmed it pretty much back to their player. Weak at the first goal ( not for the first time) and overly dramatic for the save at the end and is now being hailed a hero when you would expect him to save it

 

You never see a quick reflex full stretch save where you think "how the * did he save that?"

Thats what we need. Joe's been great. However if Joe's in goals for that game vs barca where the great Wall stood tall then we wouldn't have had that famous victory. That's the difference a keeper can make.

 

We all love Joe and know he should have been replaced last summer.
He showed both sides of his game yesterday by flapping at their goal and the brilliant save at the end, time to go Joe as you have become too inconsistent over the last couple of years.

 

The funny thing is tho, at that period when we had Fraser…..Joe hart was englands no.1 keeper haha and definitely the better of the two. We’ve just not had him at his prime

 

He knows I’m right as well.

For everyone going hard on how we lose to many goals at corners, that's been a theme for a lot longer than Hart's tenure as our first choice goalie.

He's been a good servant for us since he came, yes I'd like to see us sign a replacement to oust him as first choice but I'll not throw shade and blame him for all the goals we lose. He has been for a good few though but has also saved plenty of games for us as well including yesterday

 

Frase was great for us but Joe hart at his prime was brilliant. He just couldn’t pass, which obvs pep came in and was adamant that’s what he needed. Don’t think hart ever recovered from being shunted cos of that and his career took a nose dive. If Fraser genuinely was a better keeper than him Joe hart wouldn’t have 75 caps for England
