If he's thinking about the MLS in January we might as well just punt him now.

He was a great signing originally and his impact surprised me. But he's nowhere near good enough anymore.

We need to stop * about with him and get his replacement in. 2 years was always probably the aim for all parties. He's getting worse every game and is costing us more frequently.

If we go into the CL with Hart as number 1 we're just asking for trouble.

 

To his credit, he was good today.

 

Thought he could’ve potentially come for the goal, but maybe a bit harsh as Carter Vickers rarely gets done like that.

Thought he had a great game. Brave and commanding.

 

I thought he was excellent today, a bit daft with the challenge on Miovski but it's his best game for a while.

Not having him take the blame for the goal, that's on CCV, who was obviously not 100% match fit yet.

Was excellent for me..

Takes baws knowing you're under big pressure and regressing and to then come for practically everything..

Was sharp off his line almost all day. Came for every single cross and got something on it..

 

Excellent today and he had to make that tackle, wasn't miovski was the sub.

 

Done well today.

Think it's clear Rodgers has told him if its not on short then going long is fine.

Probably playerd more long balls today than in any other game under Ange.

 

One of the best people to put in front of a mic, absolute leader.

 

Big step up in performance today.

 

Proper leader.....which is why although I want him replaced....I still want him in the squad..

For all of his flaws, Joe claimed so many balls at set pieces today. The replacement will have to have that same bravery, and be good on the ball, and be a shot-stopper...and capable of saving penalties. Tough ask finding all that in a keeper. I can sort of understand why there are signals from BR that GK isn't a priority.

We probably can't find a good replacement right now.

 

More long balls than the entire time under Ange*

 

Delighted he was coming off his line unlike the County game. Clearly Rodgers has told him to do so.

Aberdeen pressed us really well and I'm glad that he went long when nothing was on for him. Just unfortunate that it kept coming back. Needed someone to hold it up/knock it on.

Did a good job overall.

 

Massive improvement today.

 

Looked to me that sheep targeted him, every corner was delivered same area but fair play, Joe got something on most corners. Liked to see him make good decisions with ball at feet, not afraid to go long when needed.
