Agathe was far stronger. Players bounced off dider when he was in full flight.

Used to love his runs back when he had overcommitted. Literally every time I'd think he had no chance of catching the opposing player. Wrong every single time. meep meep!!!

And his performances this season would make him worth more than £8 million, eh I think not.

Ok we can agree to differ, the boy has played like a 500k CB at times this season. Had he put in some of those performances and was Scottish he’d have been slaughtered and rightly so.

If any Scottish player put in such electrifying performances as this boy has at his age, then he would be called the saviour who's going to lead us to a world cup finals. Guys qaulity.

Scotland would bite their arm off to have a CB even half as good as Ajer.

We’ve resorted to playing a CM and a wingback at CB and changing our formation to fit them in there because we’re so bad in defence.

Ajer will end up the best player we’ve ‘produced’ since VVD.

Ajer has been anything but average this season.

    Possibly our most consistent player.

    It seems Roma. Ain't interested.

Would have been in two minds, do you take a chance on him getting better or cash in on him as he is very very limited.

Look at the market this last 10/15 years. Absolute drivel goes for £15-30m on a regular basis. If you genuinely think Ajer isn’t worth more than £8m then I don’t know what else to say.

    It’s beyond laughable.

Absolutely *. Gave the ball away about 6 times in the first 15 mins last night and is a shitebag to go by his man and get a cross in. The one time he done it....boom, goal. He is doing my * right in the now.

Theres more to the game than him just running up and trying to beat a man. When he skinned the boy he showed a new level last night. He lifted his head and created the goal. Takes time to develop and hes going to be a cracking player.

It's the only good thing he's done in i don't know how long. The amount of times he gives the ball away is a joke, and his positioning is poor aswell. Would be nowhere near the team the now if it was up to me. A lot of work needed.

Don't know what people are looking for from our players sometimes to be honest. I think he's got work to do but I think he's generally played pretty well for us so far. Lost the ball a couple of times at the start, and final ball can sometimes be better, but he'll improve on that.
