Id be a bit embarrassed to collect that award if I was.. 'Ryan Christie' is it?

The kid Christie is ok but player of the year, over denayer. Jesus Christ..

 

Indeed he did, which is most likely why he didn't win this one.

 

Why? Because his fellow pros gave it to him the hacks thought they would give it to someone else?

It's not a sympathy award ffs, he was clearly the best young player in the league and should have pished it, * me, no one would have batted an eye had he won the senior poty never mind ypoty.

 

I'm not disagreeing, but that's generally how this kind of thing works I think. Besides, who really gives a *? A * wee trophy from the guys who write nonsense for the Sun and Record? :smiley-laughing002:

 

If that was there excuse, it's pathetic..

Nah we'll give the player of the year to bale as messi has sweeped everything else..

It shouldn't be evened out or seen as bias if a player, club gets a string of awards, as long as it's deserved and by *, denayer hs deserved it..

 

Again, who gives a *? He's already got the award that matters, which is his league winners medal. I doubt he'd be rushing back to Manchester to put an award given to him by the likes of Hugh Keevins on his mantle piece.

I won't lose any sleep over it, it just show's how many in Scotland have been hurting over the last few months. I just find it laughable and an utter joke when a kid who was fairly decent this year, is getting rewarded over one of the standouts in the league overall..

 

He was recognised as the best young player by his peers, so I doubt he's all that fussed what some journalists think of him.

Christie that good out his 40 appearances for Inverness he started 28.

 

He was a very good player for porto and d city fans s were raving when they signed him.
Dont know what the * happened to him.

 

That it ridiculous, it really is. Just shows how blatant and anti they are..
28 and probably hit and miss as opposed to denayer and after a shaky start as a team, probably a consistent 30 (league games that is). Which is more than Christie started altogether..

From what I've seen he's total *, no awareness and a bombs scare on the ball. Kompany came on as a sub and was all over the place again, like he has been for a long time. Demichellis is the best of the lot right now, form wise. And he's slow and pretty pish as well..

He has every chance of making it at city next year and might not even have to go back out on loan. He probably will though as they will not trust what he's done here, the total opposite of marc wilmots, who threw him in when mr city captain made another * of him self getting sent off away in Israel for one of the most talented National sides in world football right now..

 

A lot of the centre halves in England are absolutley awful.

Phil "Broadfoot" Jones, Sakho, Mangala, Evans, Lovren, Smalling, Chiriches... could be here all day, even down the League Okore from Villa is one of the worst players ive seen im my puff.

The best performing centre-halves this season are probably Terry, Cahill, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Demichelis and Skrtel and out them all youd really only say Terry was good but even then none of them would get a game for teams like Barca, Real, Bayern, PSG or Juve.

Jamie Carragher of 2005 probably wasnt even one of the top 5 centre halves in England (Toure, Ferdinand, Campbell, Terry, Carvalho, Hyypia or whoever all better) yet Carragher of 2005 would be easily the best centre half in England the now. Thats how bad its got.

 

Ive a friend that supports them and he said going by the current pish they have * be starting in 2016/17. Will be great to see his career go from strength to strength in the future .

 

Ryan Christie's still better than him though. He'll be at Madrid next season no doubt.
