This is it mate I don't no because I generally believe that if the board weren't backing Rodgers he'd make it clear and even consider leaving which leads me to think Conington or whatever his name is and Rodgers are putting their eggs in one basket whether that be buying from England or buying one player and it simply isn't working and we don't have the necessary backup players in mind.

As said we will have scouts all over the place looking at players during the months the window isn't open and recommending targets to go for so we shouldn't be here in the situation where we have two players in and * all else.

We feel very fortunate to sit here on Febuary 1st and have the likes of Moussa, Stuart , Jozo still available for us. All good boys who i can trust to go and do a job for us in the second half of the campaign . With the likes of Paddy and big Tom coming back in it's exciting times. Of course big Marvin's experience and talent will be huge for us aswell. I could have bought ten players but it's got to be right for the club. In January , it's not ideal, not easy to do that. Disappointing window so far , the scum seem to be making good additions to their squad so there is no longer the huge gulf between the two teams . I would love to see us making a couple of good investments in the team to kick us on as the standard of our football has dropped this season and for once it would be great to see us build from a position of strength .
