Can't see Pressley coming. We need a central defender, a full back and I think, a striker. Zurawvski is a good finisher but his contribution is disappointing. Miller works like a trojan and respect is due for that alone but he is not a talented footballer. JVOH will hopefully turn out to be a good signing but still leaves us short of quality up front. We seem to have options in midfield but so far Gravesen isn't setting the heather alight.

Have to agree. Just cannot see any way Pressley would be bought by Celtic. Never mind the fact that his age and level of play at this point in his career are not what we are looking for. Plus of course there is the fact he is a complete scumbag of a hun. I would not be surprised to see him back with the hun sr team come January though.

 

I agree with you. Miller has his qualities and he does so much hard work and running for the team. But at the end of the day strikers are judged on goals and with only 5 so far he just hasn't got the job done in that department yet. I think his all round contribution has been top class and think Miller is an important member of the squad but he is not the prolific goalscorer we need.

For a striker, I would want Celtic to get Will Hoskins. He's an amazing striker who doesnt get enough credit.

Distin would be a decent signing but i remeber he nearly to went to Boro or something and they were meant to be offering him £50k a week. No chance for that
