As in the summer I'm kinda just ready to wait till 11pm on Monday now before potentially going tonto.

Coming in here each day and repeating the same stuff isn't helping.

I'd be astonished if we don't have 3 in by then. Minimum.

So what we thinking hopefully the Scandinavian revolution of Slotsager, Orjaester & Kvistgardeen. I do miss my French & Japanese contingents but I'll settle for a Scandinavian one they never let us down.

We have Jota. Tierney needs to return, and we have to get a winger or striker.

Do you think the draw changes that, mate?
They might be thinking that no one we buy will make the difference against Real or Bayern and that we have enough of a lead in the league to wait until the summer?

I think its smart business. All transfers(that might happen), all didnt feature much in first half of season or just had/are in a winterbreak. So plenty of fresh legs for second part of the season.

We need to get our fingers out.

Be shocking if we came into this window really needing a winger/forward and then left it losing Welsh, Valle, Palma and Kyogo and only signed Jota basically weakening our squad. Would be typical.

We desperately need a strong powerful midfielder as we are so lightweight in that area but that could also apply to all the areas of our team. We look like a team of midgets when we line up against practically any other team - especially in Europe.

Bratislava and Young Boys were mental.

Even that Weiss from Bratislava who was their one under probably about 6ft 1 player was taller than half our players lol

It is kind of intimidating when you see these European teams with allsorts of big athletes even if they might be quite pish at football, you know you'll get a tough game physically.

Not as confident as some we are gonna get what we need this window. Still need a winger, LB and Striker as must haves.

I would have thought with Kyogo gone a replacement would have been in by now. Similarly with Valle being allowed to leave I thought Tierney would have been in.

We risk getting burned leading up to the final days of the window.

Jeopardising the Treble for no reason really, we've got more money than we'd ever need yet have downsized in this window so far.

You'd think we'd do all our business this window so we don't really need to sign anyone in the summer, meaning we go into CL qualifiers with a settled team and squad.

Surely we need to be in for a few players here. It feels like we have just decided our seasons done at the end of January otherwise.

I know it all worked out last January but that was similar we signed Kuhn who then proceeded to look well off it at the time and Idah in a last ditch loan. That was worse as we were actually at high risk of losing the league.

Unless someone gets he finger out this is going to turn into a summer rebuild we need.

It would seem we need Malacia now.

For all the hype and excitement, it looks like (so far) we are bringing in one player in Jan and he needs time to get fit
We are letting go our #1 striker, first reserve left back and few other squad players on loan or permanently.
KT incoming during summer of course.

No exactly wonderful in terms of squad depth for rest of season and upcoming UCL play offs, as our bench last night will testify.
Need to put it right Celtic.

I feel like this too, it's * baffling as much as it is annoying.

We clearly didn't prioritise yesterday's game despite having a realistic chance of getting a much better draw than the one we ended up getting. That's jarring in itself.

But now with the KT news, the sale of Kyogo, letting Valle go and no sign of urgency to bolster our squad for the upcoming playoff games - I'm led to believe that their only objective was to reach the play off round and that's it.

I think this relates to the conversation some of us have on here about standards again. I want us to push on and dominate Scottish football while trying to go as deep in Europe as possible. We had a very favourable draw this year which gave us an opportunity to do that - but we got hammered yesterday (and vs Dortmund), both of whom are no great shakes. There's still plenty of issues that need addressing.

We can try and push on again by having the best window possible, or kick the can down the road (which always comes back to bite us). Even if the club thinks we have no chance of reaching the last 16, we've got CL qualifiers in Summer to prepare for. Also, by virtue of being in contention to qualify - there is still a chance. I'd like for them to have that mindset.

We've done well to progress but is that it for us now? That's what it feels like.

    Not for me personally.

I don't think Rodgers would stand for that and I have a slight hope that the board have learned their lesson and can see far enough ahead to 7 months time when we will hopefully have a 2 legged playoff to secure £50m all over again...
