He might be a nice guy, playing sorry training at his boyhood club but he’s no better than a parasite leeching a wage doing absolutely * all.

* diabolical whoever gave this * a 4 year deal and needs their baws kicked.

 

What would you do in his position?

No trade, or career other than football, a family to provide for and 2 more years of guaranteed wages you will never get a sniff of again? I

No brainer for me. Would really like to see him move on, but don't blame him for seeing out his contract in the least.

No trade or other career, really? I mean with all the free time he has on his hands no playing he could do his coaching badges while at the club, invest into property with all the good wages he’s had down south and now at Celtic.

I mean literally he’s in a fantastic position, also he could go out on loan and actually play some * football maybe?

I don’t blame him seeing out the contract either but he is a leech, no doubt about it.

 

This is an absolute failing on the club. He has every right to sit it out.

4 year deal was so stupid. A one year deal and he would actually have been considered a good stop gap signing as a cover player.

 

I was talking about that fud today actually.

I would really much rather a fan was selected at random, a season ticket holder just given a once in a lifetime opportunity to sign with Celtic and get to train with the players and go in the dressing room, go to all the events, and get * paid for it!!

This * is probably on about 15 grand a week, I'm sure I read that's what he's getting. So 780 grand a year to basically be a fan on the sidelines.

An absolute * disgrace.

I'm an unfit 14 stone dad bod *, but if Celtic paid me 15 grand a week and got me in training every day I would be closer to the first team than Mccarthy.

I certainly hope so.
As stated earlier he could be doing his coaching badges or do online learning to learn a trade or do a degree so that when he stops sponging of the club then he can move on to his next career.

 

Nothing against the guy.

He's well within his rights to sit it out and wind down his contract, as long as he's pulling his weight in training.

Alot of speculation online that he's actually hoopy the hound.
