I might be wrong, but I'm sure when Forrest got brought on against Qarabag, Sutton mentioned that Lennon said he was one of the hardest working players on the park, as Sutton had questioned his work rate. To me, that is nonsense, because I think Forrest can be guilty of being a lazy player.

One of the few players able to hold their head high after tonight.

Played well tonight. For a 15 minute spell in the second half he was strolling past defenders.

Much, much better tonight. He was roasting their players with his pace. Again though, I felt his final ball really let him down.

That's a James Forrest we haven't seen in a long time. Had 4/5 lay offs that should have ended in the net. Can be happy with himself.

    Credit where it's due.

I've slated him constantly the past few weeks, but he brought his 2011 form with him tonight.

Our most dangerous player for the majority of the game.

Superb tonight. He'll never be a top, top player but when he's up and running he can be extremely dangerous.

Far more threatening than GMS this season, that's for sure

Hopefully he was just taken off as a precaution.

It's all about confidence and fitness with him. When he's fit and has that swagger about him, he's our best wide man for me.

Don't see it nearly enough though.

The only reason James was taken off tonight was because if he wasn't he would of left the game in crutches. Fouled up and down the park and the ref really messed up. Has jumped ahead of GMS for me

    Brilliant tonight.

I'm the first to admit I expected more of him so far this season, what with him being injury free so long.

He was excellent though, his passes were on the mark, it was the recipient who messed it up.

MOTM tonight, by a mile. Slaughtered him plenty times in the past, but he was excellent tonight I thought. Always looking to beat his man, and caused a lot of problems. Hopefully he can carry that form into the next game.

Really good performance, out of nowhere.

He's been really poor the past few games. It looked like he wasn't up for the fight, but tonight he was just unplayable most of the game.. tore their right back to pieces, great to see.

Hopefully he only went off as a precaution.

Yeah it's a bit of a relief. Considering he is looking confident again.
