    It mibbes take a bit of a minor miracle but if the boy can go and get his confidence back and raise his game to a level where he can do a job for us then all the better, unlikely maybe but stranger things have happened....and if he doesn't then at least he is in the shop window getting game time for any future employers who might take him off our hands.
