    Get a grip. Such is the quality of the spin you're producing you'd be * brilliant in the PR department at Ibrox.

    I'm not growling away at all mate. I'm actually confused at such a suggestion? In my own personal opinion that's another wee subtle Hun dig from you but of course you'll reply telling me to read your post hiding behind the fact it isn't in black or white. You know what you're getting at with that comment though. Unfortunately you'll either be to cowardly to admit or you'll ride in on your pretentious, snide high-horse and point out to me that I should read your posts.

    I called you an idiot because you compared my comment to that of a Hun. In my opinion such a comment is idiotic because if you go and actually read the vile on their forums you'll realise that my post is nowhere near being hunish at all.

    My comment about me being here longer than you wasn't intended in the way you've obviously taken it. I said it because, being here longer than you, I've amassed a lot more posts and not one of them has suggested that I'm a Hun in disguise. You're new to this site and don't know me which is why I'm quite offended that you're subtly implying I'm one of them with comments like "Hmm....", why make that comment if it isn't meant to suggest something?

    I take it you meant to write you don't even know me (thank goodness)? The feeling is mutual because so far from your time on this site and debating with you you've come across as a bit snide and pretentious.

    I agree 100% especially the highlighted part, and there seems to be no loyality in the game any more:50:

    Helped his family, gave him his chance. Everyone knows exactly what Tommy Burns did for this young boy and his family. They owe him so much. I'd have expected the lad to at least give Celtic a few years before jumping ship. I'd imagine Tommy, knowing how promising the lad was, would've hoped for the same.

    You're incorrect there, he owes the club for saving him from deportation and most likely saviing his life. Tommy is the one who spoke at his tribunal because he was the head of youth development at the time not because he knew the kid, he did it because the club told/asked him to.
    Many people on this thread clearly do not have the mental capacity to grasp the difference between Feruz's situation and that of a usual youngster we or any other club sign. Without us Feruz would be in Somolia right now probably lying in an early grave, some gratitude he showed.
    :56::56::56:
    You are truly delusional if you think Chelsea's youth setup is stronger than ours, our record of bringing youth through recently has not been great but Chelsea's has been abysmal. Their reserves are full of talent but they haven't produced any of their players, they poach players from all over just like they did with feruz. The last player they brought through was John Terry and I believe they poached him from West Ham so they can't even be given credit for that.

    Tommy Burns was obviously acting on behalf of Celtic. It isn't even debatable.

    either way you look at this islam should have done the right thing here and signed his 1st pro contract with celtic! then a couple of years down the line ! then possibly if he wanted to go? then fair enough. i personally think his agent * his head up more than he * us. none the less he has * over celtic over here considering.

    Not sure if sarcastic, if not he's a guy that plays for chelsea who came through the youth system and wasn't pinched from another club

    A lot of loyalty comments flying about and in the next breath we're of to the scott brown thread to rip him to pieces. Not aimed at indivduals but generally we cant have it both ways. We lost a young lad who may or may not even live to his potential - and theres plenty more about for us to concentrate on, or bring in new ones in. In his eyes he's just living the dream and so be it who wants to live thinking what if

    You'd expect some sort of loyalty from the boy, no?

    Celtic were under no obligation to stop him and his family from being deported but they did. The least I'd expect is for him to sign with Celtic, play a few seasons and then leave netting us a big fee.

    Well done you can look up statistics, the fact is chelsea have developed a player who as a teenager allready has champions league experience under his belt.
