Of course, laugh at him for failing. That comes with the territory when a player leaves our club for a bigger league and more money I guess, but some of the vitriol being aimed at him is * nasty.

He's a wee guy who made a footballing decision to move for more money, which you can't blame him for. He had the balls to take a shot at one of the richest clubs in world football.

I don't think it's the footballing decision are bitter over, it's his attitude towards us.

Again, is he a wee *? Aye.

But * him, who cares? He's nobody. What I'm getting at is the level of nastiness aimed at him. That kind of * reeks of actual hatred, which is a tad disturbing considering no one here actually knows him I'd bet.

His attitude deserves mediocre levels of football.

If he wasn't a wee * he wouldn't get those same levels of hatred I'd bet.

Maybe not right enough, I've just remembered Liam Miller and he was quite sound by all accounts :56:

I think he was largely crucified for being honest.

He admitted that he didn't actually have an affinity with our club, which I think * a lot of our support off. We prefer if players lie to us and tell us that they love the club as much as we do.

Truth is, you can kind of understand a guy chasing the money when they've been subjected to the kind of life that he and his family faced early on. The move to Chelsea netted him £2,500 per week in 2011, so he had just turned 16 at that point, and he went on to sign an improved contract in 2014 which will see him through until 2018, so he's sorted for another three years.

But aye, he's a * without doubt. That still won't have me wishing a career-ending injury on him or that he and his family are sent back into poverty.

I think it was him arguing with fans and being a * on twitter that done it, more than anything.

Again, I don't see that as reason to wish actual bodily harm on someone. You get the feeling that if he suffered a career-ending injury in a few weeks that there'd be * on here singing & dancing about it.

    That's a bit disturbing.

Looked great as a youth, but the combination of an over inflated ego and a major attitude problem has * his career.

Couldn't give a toss about him.

That's true. People get worked up about *.

Personally I hope he screws the nut and fulfills the potential that Chelsea got him for in the first place. For Scotland and our 2% development fee :56:

Hibs supporters should start to get excited now. Chelsea star Islam Feruz could well be on his way to Edinburgh to pen a season-long loan deal at Easter Road. Record Sport understands they are hopeful of concluding a deal to land the highly-talented 19-year-old striker. A host of League One clubs are also keen on securing Feruz's services with Chelsea ready to subsidise his wages for the rest of the campaign. The Scotland Under-21 starlet started his career with Celtic at the age of 10 and spent six years at Parkhead before signing for the Blues in 2011 for £300,000.

I actually think Hibs could be a good move for him. He knows Scotland, his family know Scotland, and he knows the game here.

He'll likely get on a bit better than he did in Crete, although that wouldn't be hard! :smiley-laughing002:

Some players have the wrong attitude and will never make it. This guy is a more extreme example of Tony Watt

....or it just meaningless words from anonymous people on the internet.

As long as it's not directed towards him (on social media platforms etc) then I don't really see the issue if people spout off a bit about him. Career threatening injuries are something that's often thrown about when supporters "get all hurt." Pretty harmless really to be fair.

Not that I entirely trust some of our support on said social media platforms having said that :52:

didn't he also say he owes nothing to Tommy Burns and something like he didn't really do anything for him?.

that alone would have been enough to set off alot of celtic fans and atleast still have them harbour some hate towards him to this day
