Is this the end for LENNON

Cannot judge a manager on one * performance from our players.

Although Lenny's body language did not look good throughout the game.

 

he's working with the same players who don't feel it is worth putting in the effort even that the opposition do. It should be the end for half that team.

 

He gave such an honest and on the money assessment of the team and he knows that its the passion and desire to wear that jersey thats missing from this team.

I don't think Lenny is right for the job at the moment, we need a manager with a history and one who will install some desire and will remove the dead wood.

Its a dark day but keep the faith!

 

Usually not, but it's an exception this time. This is just the first sign of his incompetence. In my opinion, he shouldn't be in the bracket for permanent manager in summer.

 

It was the ones on that park today(with th exception of Keane) thats cost us dearly today, not Lennon. Even somebody with Alex Ferguson's experience couldnt have done anything with this pathetic bunch

seriously, I would put in a few fringe players who would at least give 100% effort in the next game.

As Lenny rightly said in the Sky interview " You can give players info , tactics etc , but they have to supply effort and determination" or something like that. Quite right, only OD seemed to want to win today. Thought taking N'Guemo off was strange, but at least he tried something, but i still maintain when Sammy plays we lose all shape up front and in midfield. Him and Fortune are not wingers and never will be. But Brown and Crosas were being constantly over run. I know he is young but Josh needs to improve his decision making. Could have come out to the ball for the first, and should have cleared the second back to where it came from ! He'll learn ! But overall gutless and spineless !

Players get managers the sack almost all the time.. You can go through every managers post match interviews , looking for things that * you off , which probbaly help decide if they are your public enemy number 1 , but it's usually the players to blame..

i think lenny was between a rock and a hard place. Mogga changed the team too much so lenny has tried to stick with what he thought was moggas best team and formatation and just tried to add a bit more fight and determination to them.

Today showed all that was wrong with Moggas team, ross county really played them off the park because we let them, they had the hunger and fight.

Lennys subs made sense to me, except the last one, I would have taken sammy off earlier and put moose up front with keane. But he could have done with subbing a few more because for every one he took off there was another 2 that could have been dragged off as well.

I think we will see a change in his team and formation between now and the end off the season, for me brown needs to improve drastically in this period and i wouldnt be surprised to see him dropped.
