i think your right mate , i have a feeling it may not be lennon and may be hughes at the helm , but on the other side why would this happen , it may be the board are taking in top names to get a highly rated manager.just wish to christ they would hurry up , i mean we been left in the dark for ages now and still not a peep out the board, surley cant be long till we find out now !

 

i also kind agree with this , i mean if it goes pear shaped with the filth then they will have no doubt to give it to lennon, rangers get takeover and debt kinda sorts it self out they would take a bigger name , just my opinion on it anyway

 

It doesn't make sense.there must be a manager in place.it's not like we are signing top quality players that any manager would want. I don't know how the stock Market etc works but it could be something to do with that.maybe not wanting share price to rise before paying out any dividends etc.well that's what happens in fm lol

 

deary me, how many times must people be telt, LENNON is assuming he will get the job, to prepare for IF he does infact get it and he will be scouting players himslelf as well as other scouts that are out and about, its not rocket science, this is directed at no one in particular. in case i get a warning as i invariably do when i open my mouth

You'll put a bunch of players out on the pitch that don't know each other at all, don't know how to play together, with absolutely no cohesion??? The team needs time to gel. Yes, we need new players, but that doesn't mean we need to gut the entire squad. That is almost 50% of our problem with Mogga..

It seems that they are waiting to see what happens over in Govan. If smith goes, and Mccoist takes over, I suspect the job will be given to Lennon.

The mowbray debacle has cost the club a lot money, there just isn't the cash available for a high profile manager and a raft of top drawer players.

I hope Lennon, can get in some players, who will add quality and play for the jersey, and qualify by some miracle for the CL group stages.

 

Something must be going on behind the scenes, I want the manager appointed soon, they have had enough thinking time, get the manager sorted now so he can have plenty of time to get to know his new team, if Lenny is appointed he can start to discuss potential transfers. Hope this doesn't drag on too long. Get Lenny appointed, get some quality players in, get through the CL qualifiers, get to the CL group stage, win both the cups, beat the scum at least 3 times and win the league. Simples :icon_mrgreen:

 

There's no point Lennon sitting behind the scenes, twiddling his thumbs. That's why we're being linked with Lennon's transfer targets, he's preparing in-case he gets the job or not.

Seems Like Lennon Isnt Even Calling Any Shots Either When It Comes To Transfer Targets, So We Either Have Someone Else Calling The Shots or Its Just All Agent Propoganda To Increase Interest In Their Players.

 

It's almost like a MON team someone is trying to build. If the transfer rumours are true. Sol is a commanding cb. Ambrose could do the Petrov job, Reid could do the Lambert/Lennon job, Bullard could be the attacking Mf like Lubo and Martin Petrov's style is like Alan Thompson's. That makes me think that Lennon has had a say in this.

 

Lennon has said Bullard and Reid he never had a clue about in direct quotes from sky .Also said he aint got a clue about if he has the job or not and did not have any idea when he would find out.

Also said he gave the board his wish list incase he get's the job but he aint got a clue if the board will pay any attention to his list ,

I think he has been told he aint getting the job and we just had to get that game with st pauli out of the way.

 

So if Im understanding your post then really what you are saying is you think Lenny is a liar who has been told he's not getting the job but is pretending he hasn't been told if he's getting the job or not..

Why would it be such a big secret for Lenny to keep that he isn't getting the job ? It would have made sense for him and the club to go public with that imformation before the St Pauli game or as soon as the decision was made.. My feeling is Lenny is very much in the running for the job and probably the frontrunner as Paul Mcstay put it..

Everything is speculation.. Speculation that Lenny will or won't get the job ,and speculation that Celtic are interested in signing Jimmy Bullard and Steven Reid..

 

Lennon will do anything the club want him to do if that's is to lie he will they pay his wages he is the puppet the board is his master .

 

its getting embarrising we have to push the boat out and get the right manager and the players will follow otherwise we are just buying players for the sake of buying players.

If we dont let the real manager whoever he (or she is) get his own players and implement his own style we will just be like a team of headless chickens as was shown when mowbary had a team of players who never got given enough time to gel

 

I'd like to think we'd wait on a manager being confirmed before we started to sign players but maybe the board have been approached with deals that are to good to turn down.
