    I wouldn't say he was nowhere near MOTM but Kayal, McGeouch and Commons had notably better games.

    he's deffinately more used to continental style play

    you can see he's like "what the *" fighting for possesion of the ball

    and all the aggression and ping pong football

    it's not something he's accustomed to

    however give him credit he worked his socks of chasing and harrying never got too many chances until he scored and nearly got his 2nd

    Exactly right but I fear the guys confidence won't come as he won't get the chance often enough, he needs to take every chance by the scruff if the neck. Decent player

    Agree on the continental football. He's been very poor in the spl but had his best game for us against barca. I just don't think he's cut out for British football.

    Extremely satisfying result there, the fringe players really looked out to impress. McGeouch MOTM for me, reminded me a bit of Jinky at times. Great stuff from the debut bhoys as well, a goal from one and an assist from the other. Cannae be bad. Now bring on Juve!
