    Most middle eastern countries refuse to play them as they correctly believe that they have no right to exist. Thus, FIFA placed them under UEFA jurisdiction.

    They've reapplied to Asia a good few times and have been knocked back. It's a pity European countries don't refuse to play them as well because a sporting boycott would go a long way.

    I think most people in most cases will hate a team because they dislike the nation for political reasons or history. It's not really the team they dislike but what the nation they are representing that's what they dislike.

    Spain, Always loved watching them play, even before their latest dominance.
    Germany who doesn't love Ze Germans? Great nation, lovely people (most) and its glorious watching them pump England
    Argentina More of a recent thing, love their football and some of the best players in the World. Much better than Brazil
    Japan, technically great footballers, and since Nakamura I've taken a soft spot. Plus their women are Hot as *!

    Dislike:
    England - Don't think much needs to be said.
    Italy - Always remember their * defensive football, never taken to them since, though they play much better now
    Australia - Just awful to watch play. No offense to any Guys from down-under, I barely see their games and when I do, it's usually boring as *. Scotland much the same till recent.

    I actually don't have strong feelings towards any national side. I know England aren't going to be popular here, but I've never really been bothered. That might admittedly be because I've lived here now for over half my life so I've been lured into the dark side.

    I obviously want Ireland and Scotland to do well. I always like South Korea and Japan too, they always have hard working sides. Australia I like to see lose. I don't have much love for Argentina Brazil or Spain. Germany I think are cool. But again, I don't particularly care either way. I like seeing upsets as much as anyone though. Algeria for the world cup!!!!!
