Illegia's UEFA appeal fails - Going to CAS. FAILS AGAIN

So you would be happy to see the rule come into place in some instances, but not others. You surely have to be against the rule altogether, or not at all. Each individual case can't be looked at differently when it's the same crime being committed. Arsenal Kyiv had the very same happen to them.

If I'm honest, I don't see this having a massive negative effect on us at all. I think the majority of people know that we have done absolutely nothing wrong here, and it wasn't us that picked up on the incident, but none other than a Uefa delegate. If Celtic went against this decision, surely we would be undermining Uefa and the rules they have in place.

Almost everyone saying Celtic should let Legia advance, are people who couldn't give two * about Celtic anyway. I haven't spoke to one person that thinks we have an obligation to overturn Uefa's decision.

 

I am sorry to say that Legia are the only persons responsible for making us look bad as it has been Legia that have taken this to whoever will listen and as such it is plastered in the media all over the world. We acted with class and dignity by letting UEFA do their jobs, make a ruling and move on. Celtic have not succumbed to Legia's underhand tactics and as such we deserve some praise and recognition.

And there is absolutely nothing about Celtic's behavior that has to do with class and dignity. Unless of course you rate Pontius Pilate's behavior as one of class and dignity.....(of course adjust to scale, and minus the fact that Pilate actually advocated against the ruling)

Perhaps, like Legia they have an agenda against Celtic, UEFA and rules. People are entitled to have an opinion regardless of their social standing but it does not mean that their opinions are correct.
