Exactly and the player shouldn't even have been in the team of 18 let alone actually be played.

I mean what is so hard to understand about the above? It's not written in Swahili so surely anyone who can read plain English, doesn't have to use their fingers and toes to count to 20, and has an IQ larger than Kim Kardasian's * size can understand it.

If that's the case then it's pretty straightforward. The player was suspended, the rules say it's a 3-0 win. Open and shut.

I'd be surprised if CAS come to any other decision. Surely it's not for them to decide if that rule is too harsh. The rule would have to be altered permanently to say,

'You can have a suspended player on the bench but you can't field him until the other team are losing real bad then he can come on. Also he has to have not played the required number of games, but you don't need to register him because that rule was stupid anyway.'

or just shorten it to,

'You don't have to bother your * with the rules if the other team are *'

If UEFA lose the case, that would be the real mockery. They made reasonable rules with clear punishments and they handed out those punishments.

I'm sure, though, they would be happy to let us go through knowing we fielded a player who wasn't allowed to be in the team.

I've read about him saying that before.

1) Easy for him to say that right now when the roles aren't reversed.

2) If the roles WERE reversed would he * let us take their place.

If he honestly believes that people think he would give up a chance of playing in the group stages of European's elite competition and the millions that come with it then he's a * because NO chairman of any club would do that knowing the circumstances.

Why didn't he spend some money on training his
admin & secretarial staff so they could comprehend the

were not allowed to play then, so nothing has changed with
