    It's not harsh at all. It is a shame though. It's Uefa's competition and if Legia or any other club for that matter want to enter it you'll abide by there rules.

    Legia Warsaw didn't play by the rules, they broke the rules. And when you break the rules you'll be dealt way. If they hadn't of broke the rules they'd be going into the next round of the Champions League. Instead it's us

    Why? The rulings have existed for years and hundreds of teams have coped fine with them. Just because your club is ran by complete idiots isn't a reason for change.
