Was it millions of Legia fans beating up opposition fans or was it a small group of idiots?

Guys, can we stop all the racist/fascist talk please? Our club have their own problems as well and we're not wanting to open that debate. Again.

End of the day, the Legia fans are * off they're out, after easily beating our club over 2 games. They need to realise, they're barking up the wrong tree, moaning at us. We are not happy, the way we went through. We'd much rather have beaten you on the park but there's nothing we can do about it. It's over... You'll not make the same mistake again.

Well you can't legislate for anyone on the street. If any Celtic fan displayed any neo-facist banner within our stadium he would last less than a minute. If they are racist then, from my experience, they are confronted.

I suspect that Legia fans are not confronted when they wear fasicst scarves or carry fascist banners. Are you telling me different?

Yes, I am telling you different. The banners are taken down, people holding them are expelled and banned from stadiums. Thats as much confronting as it gets without other people possibly facing criminal charges. And why the * would I risk that because of some thug who chooses to use a sporting event to display his idiotic views?

If your fans had a problem with attacking Celtic fans you would have been on here apologising for it. So far I've yet to see it. Further, the attack resulted in two Celtic flags being stolen - again, if your fans had a problem with it, you would have confronted those that displayed these flags during the game. Rather, none of your fan appeared to have a problem with this instead, I suspect, you celebrated it.

Why should I appologise for a group of thugs. I dont associate with them so hold no responsibility for their actions.
Well, your suspicions are based purely on your prejudice and nothing else.
Just because other fans are civilized enough not to beat up those who hold those flags doesnt mean they celebrate it....
It just means they are above that and dont want to have anything to do with it.

edit: back on topic: Why is it taking so long? If UEFA wants all of it cleaned up and know that they are facing appelation in CAS if they dont change the decision, wouldnt they want to release their statement ASAP so the whole thing can be done tommorow?

    Kyogo. A phenomenon
    Nail on head.

They were the better team over 2 legs, and it's unfortunate without doubt - but not one Club in Europe IMO would show "honor" and * away the chance of £20M when the opposition have made a * of player registration.

Not Celtic's doing, and we move on.

No "technically" about it, he was still suspended for the game.

    Was he, yes or no?

Although don't let that get in the way of your story.

It means your fans tolerate it, it's quite simple. But here you are telling me that it's only a small number of idiots and that the thousands of others are too scared to do anything about it. I am almost certain that when the flags that were stolen in a physical attack on Celtic fans in your city were displayed, the vast vast majority of Legia fans thought nothing of it and had no problem with it. I have asked countless times on here for your fans to comment on this and not one of you have done so. Similarly, when you got a part stadium close/fine from UEFA last season for neo-facist banner the silence, of what you are telling me was a vast vast majority, was deafening.

And I explained the reasons for that. The law system doesn't really protect those who beat up people for holding flags of other teams......
So why would a civilized person get into a brawl over that? They just came in to support their team, to watch football, and to have a good time. Not to jump around the stadium and try to fish out every moron out there. So no, lack of action here doesn't equal support. It just means most of Legia's fans are civilized people.
When going to a stadium I dont give a * what other team's support thinks of me or whether some group of thugs stolen some flags from other people? I also don't support them but because of reasons that have to do with criminal law in my country I choose not to act. Whether it makes me a coward or reasonable person is up to you and I dont care what you thing about it.
    Just here to enjoy football.

By the way, UEFA chooses not to act despite teams from Crimea taking part in Russian league, even though that is illegal and has to result in ban of Russian FA :D

    Talk about double standards....
edit: oh wait, its because of the fact that federations agreed to meet and talk about this situation, even with two countries being pretty much at war. Seems like at least some people are capable of that.

No...I can´t believe it. I´ve been dodging this thread for quite few days now because I just couldn´t stand those polish guys (yes, I´m one of them :D) who are debating the same stuff over and over. You broke the rules....it doesn´t matter for how long he was playing, he was suspended. If UEFA would do nothing against then suspension in europe would mean nothing and everybody would ignore it and they would not register the players so they can´t serve the ban. Prosze panowie...there is nothing more to hear from you. You beat us fair and square and your fans can do whatever they like....I don´t give a * if they are rasist or whatever...Just let go...
