It is still a reason for concern. If third party was involved this thing turns to be a criminal case + I would think it had an effect on UEFA's original decision. Not only is this thing being decided by the green table somewhere in UEFA, it is most likely decided with envelopes being passed under the table!
Of course it might all turn out to be a fluke, but who the * knows?

Mate, if they were clear then there would be ruling by the UEFA's appeal board already. *, if there were clear (and you can't just point at one rule if it is being contradicted by some other rules) then there would be nothing to write on appeal.
So keep quiet until the decision is made unless you have some valuable input on the situation, for example like I did with interpol looking into it or listing the rules that could potentially be in play when decision is being made.

After all is done (CAS ruling is out) you can laugh or cry all you want

Again for the last time you weren't disqualified for breaking the rules.
The second game was forfeited 3-0,which still gave you a chance
    to qualify.

I would have just disqualified you for breaking the rules.
Then when it was proven your player pointed it out before
the game, I would ban you for 3 years & make you all learn the rules.
Ignorance has never been acceptable as a defence

Fine, changed the disqualification to forfeit. It doesnt change the message that this message was conveying.
They are not using ignorance as defense. They are using loopholes in UEFA's regulations as defense.
No basis for giving 3 year ban, unless you want to make up laws, but even if you do, those don't backtrack so * off.

Or Celtic, or whoever has an inside view in UEFA. Someone would have to have a serious money in it if it was from Legia's side since they would be giving away Champions League bonus. So the answer to your question is: no.
If anything, its somebody who has a ties with decisive person in UEFA.
*, even it being a Celtic is way more likely than Legia since not only do they benefit financially from getting into 4th round of CL qualification, but also from bookies.

Are you people not capable of logical thinking?

But Celtic would have no idea if he was going to play, so that's that theory out the window. Better luck next time ya wee *.

Nah, in discusion you need to be able to look at the thing from one side. If everybody agrees on the subject it means not all cases are being considered.
Besides. I am not in a Legia forum, or a Legia fan, since I live in Canada and cant support a team thats 10,000km away. Legia and Celtic are the teams I sympathized with so I loved the draw because i would be happy with pretty much any outcome on the pitch.
Now I am just looking at this situation without emotions and seeing how both sides act, what are the benefits of those actions, and what are the possibilities for the final outcome based on UEFA regulations and other * that could have effect on it such as Interpol getting involved.

No, they knew how it looks and what it means. Again, i think its a third party that has tied with UEFA. Dont believe any team would do this, and surely Legia didnt because they would benefit more by advancing than from bookies.....

I also wouldnt bet my money on any of those teams being involved.

It was actually Kuciak telling to Bereszynski to double check because of the similar situation happening to Vaslui when he was playing there. Bereszynski asked Ostrowska (the blonde) to check that and she said not to worry because thats her job and not his and that he is fine.
Well, we know what happened from there. Not much more can be added to it.
