KT, and it's not even debatable.

    Jota was fairly overrated.

    Jota, easily.

Tierney is a huge risk with his fitness record. If that wasn’t the case, I’d maybe have him.

But Jota and Kuhn on the wings. Yes please.

Normally would easily pick Tierney but given his chronic injury issues it would be Jota for me. Head over heart on that one so to speak for me.

I think the only fair compromise is to get Jota but play him exclusively at LB.

I have doubts over Tierney being as comfortable with an inverted role. my memories of him are of him marauding down the touchlines, not so much of his technical prowess and eye for a pass. So Jota for me.

Got to be Tierney. We've got 2 brilliant wingers and have definitely replaced him, whereas we've been crying out for a high quality LB since Tierney left. Add to the fact that Taylor, Valle and Bernabai will all be off in the summer at the latest and it's a no brainer really.

I get that people feel maybe Tierney's a risk because of his injuries but Jota's hardly kicked a ball in the last 2 years, there's no reason to think that we'd be getting the same player we had before.

This is a hard one but I’m going for Jota simply cause I think we would get more value for money. I have an ominous feeling that KT would get injured with so many dirty players in this league who would target him and with the state of the pitches up here.
If you could see into the future and had both firing on all cyclinders and contributing without any major injury concerns hampering them it would be KT all day long.

KT as his presence in the dressing room and training would be incomparable - a natural leader who would be instant future captain material.

The only answer here is Jota. A quality left back doesnt make a huge difference in the SPL but a quality winger does, specially one who can break teams down.

KT could make a difference in the champ league but its reliant on the rest of the team have the games of their lives.

I voted Jota but think I’ve changed my mind now.

Tierney. Jota compounds the Taylor problem, at least initially; whereas Tierney solves it.

Stats suggest he isn’t even as good as Kühn on his own, let alone with Maeda added into the equation…

‘Reliable’ for what exactly? Staying fit enough to flounce his way through training and have zero impact, like he has done at both teams since leaving here?

Sign Tierney and a quality backup LB, keeping Anderson or Frame around, and that mitigates his injury risk, while giving us a guy with a literally world class attitude and leadership presence in the dressing room.

The risk with Jota is higher, as if he comes here and bombs or just doesn’t bother his shirt, and Maeda gets an injury, we’re relying on Forrest or Yang. Meanwhile, a theoretically perfectly good starting LW faffs about, taking £20-40k a week into the bargain.

Tierney for me just imagine him & AJ as our fullbacks. I also love Jota so was a hard one.

    KT.

100x better player, someone we wouldn’t be able to get (even with his injury record) if he wasn’t a Celtic fan.

Jota was brilliant and I love the guy, but frankly don’t think he’d have as big an impact on the team, and there are a lot of quality wingers out there that are within our range. Kuhn, for example, already has more G/A than Jota’s best season for us.

Weve rarely had a decent lb let alone two. Diazen for some reason looks clumsy as * but plays like fukin Puskas. We need cover on the wings but Jota would need a preseason to get up to speed.

KT for me. Being one of our own swings it.
