I adore both players but even i'll admit zlatan cant proiduce form and eto'o is a player to be truely admired.

Ibra has too many games where he didnt prove himself, ........EPIC FAIL

Gimme Eto'o, that stat doesnt account for alot of things like team goals and team moves.

I used to be a big fan of Zlatan but I've lost patience, he's a distinctly aveage player

Ibrahimovic was shown up by a 35 year old (I think) Henrik Larsson when he was at the last championships with Sweden. Had a purple patch for Barca not so long ago but he has now reverted to type, the most over rated footballer in Europe. Very similar to Berbatov in that they both have excellent football brains and no application to go with it.

Lol agreed. He reminds me of a better version of Samaras.

    Both are extremely overrated...

Eto'o is nowhere close to the deadly finisher he's made out to be. He just smacks the ball and hopes for the best... He got away with it at Barca but any striker would. His legs are slowly giving up on him aswell so when he loses his quickness he's finished...

Ibra can come across as very lazy but his football brain is incredible... The guy is amazing to watch at times as he's so unorthodox. But

Yes but MON doesn't have a clue about flair players. He didn't sign a single one in all the time he was with us (apart from Juninho, and then he didn't have a clue what to do with him...)

I remember he even had Lubo on the bench quite a lot in Europe. He would bring him on reluctantly when we were getting beaten.

MON is all about hard work, so naturally he doesn't get Ibrahimovic.

Well, Ibra was great in Inter, Eto'o was remarkable in Barca. Now they are both pish in their new teams. Always preferred the Cameroon bloke though.

For me they are different kind players who bring different things to the team if i had to choose one it would be Eto'o who just edges it.

That really used to frustrate me. I sat and complained several times that Lubo should be starting in Europe for us and then when MON eventually did throw him in from the start he absolutely ripped Juventus to shreds.

Lubo should have started more games in Europe.
