Same M8. I just don't rate him however, I posted on the thread about him signing a new contract and Idioteque posted some impressive stats about Abada which, even though they are there in black and white, I find hard to believe when I see him play

Scales should be nowhere near the team.

I think Ange utilised him a tad better

So the guy who hasn't played since January gets thrown in at Ibrox? Scales has been playing constant football for a year, done well at the sheep. You think Phillips might be fit enough for Ibrox if we aren't playing well and up against it?

FFS mate, we know he's pish but it's about being switched on for runners and awareness, you don't get that type of fitness running around cones at training for 9 months

    Hart
    Johnston Lagerbielke Phillips Taylor
    McGregor O’Riley
    Abada Bernardo Palma
    Kyogo

    That would be my team

Maeda has to play, it keeps Tavenier in his own half because he is terrified of getting done for pace, plenty time for Palma but starting at Ibrox I'm not sure.

I think Rodgers will go with this for Sunday:

    Hart

    Johnston
    Lagerbielke
    Scales
    Taylor

    McGregor
    Turnbull
    O'Riley

    Abada
    Maeda
    Kyogo

I think that team gets beaten on Sunday. I * hope not but I am really dreading it.

If we win this I will swim the channel with a baby squirrel on my shoulder then when I land in France thrash an old budgie on it's deathbed at table tennis.

I’d have Scales at left back ahead of Taylor. Just underlines how important getting a left back this window was.

Just can’t see us winning this at all. Would happily take a draw right now.

    Let the people sing
Two pretty * teams going at each other, only benefit we have for the rest of the season is we've yet to bed in our new players, huns have had a settled squad since the start of August.

They've had two lengthy away trips to Dingwall and PSV over the last week, and their £6 million pound signing has been on the bench for both.

Only player that I feel could cause us damage is Cantwell, rest of them are painfully average, but you could easily throw that back to us tbh.

A win and I think we go on to win the league, Hatate back after the winter break and we'll start to ease in the new signings.

Draw would be a decent result as well, no room for slip-ups afterwards but we'd still be ahead of them.

A loss wouldn't be the end of the world, they'd only be 2 points ahead and they'd still need to come to Parkhead, but it would essentially mean we'd need to be perfect until the next game against them.

For this game, I'd go with this

    Hart
    Johnston Lagerbielke Phillips Taylor
    McGregor
    Bernardo O'Riley
    Abada Kyogo Palma.

I think Rodgers might start Maeda over Palma to help deal with Tavernier, but I pray Turnbull is nowhere near this team. going 2-1 us, Kyogo double.

I agree with you. Based on the match ups I think Maeda and Abada both should start on Sunday.

I feel like im going mad here but how can you start Bernardo over Iwata or Holme with MOR playing at 10?

How many games you seen him play?
