So true. So many want to cut inside, instead of staying out to stretch the defence and deliver from wide out. Doesn't hurt having the option to do both, but it's good to have the capability to produce quality balls from out wide.

 

Strange game so far.

No away fans is still bizarre. When we score, it’s like a minutes silence from 50k rangers fans for the fact we aren’t there.

In terms of performance. We’ve not been brilliant, in fact, we’ve been a bit lost on the ball in deeper areas, a bit scrappy on the ball and a lack of composure in places, especially with our aggression. I guess I’m being very very picky here given the scoreline and we’re away from home.

We’ve scored a goal from open play that was in itself lucky but Maeda made that luck with determination.

We got a penalty, fairly, and surprisingly. I don’t know why I thought Beaton would have had blue tinted specs on when viewing that monitor - well maybe I do.

Reading this back so far it seems negative but it really isn’t.
We’ve had other incredible chances to score when we didn’t. I believe we could easily be 4-0 up if everything clicked.

It’d also be remiss of me to mention the organisation out of possession. It has been incredible, we’ve put that mob under so much pressure and if I’m honest, I looked at height/strength balance between both sides pre-kickoff and I had some reservations.
Those reservations were put to bed seeing that intensity on display.

They’ve stood up. A bit wild at times but they’ve earned this scoreline so far.

 

If we win this I will pick him up lolol

 

This is the best we've played all season, we're absolutely all over them.

I'd like to see Idah come on sooner rather than later, think Kyogo's been quite weak.
