If they don't get the pen we win about 4-0. Absolute cert.

The huns are just long ball merchants. Looking to dive and cheat and con the officials. They can’t handle our high press and tempo. I’m confident we will batter them at CP. I hope we’ve seen the last of Beathun but I strongly doubt it. The mutant will will be on VAR duty at the lodge and also ref our games.
I hope Silva and Cuntwell snap their legs at Dens park.

Having time to sit on and think, the more furious I am about the result.

    * hate this narrative about the draw. We had a * 2 goal lead... which should have won us the game and then all but assuring us this * league title.

We blew it and now the last 6 games all hinge us winning them all so we can win the league by what? 1 or 2 points? I'm not sure of exact total.... but that is * detestable and utterly * unacceptable for where we should be as a club.

    * hun *

I’m absolutely sick to the pit of my stomach that we’ve let them get away with that today, and even more sick that it’s actually come to this.

If we had decent throw ins and could win the 2nd ball nown and again we'd be miles ahead.

Understand your frustration mate, but the game swung in the decision of beathun awarding them a penalty for a dive. Gives them a massive confidence booster. Yes we was at fault for the 2nd and 3rd. But if the game isn't changed by beathun with the pen, I feel we go on to win that by 3 or 4.

Agreed. Thought by the end of the day I would be able to accept that a draw at Ibrox given how the league is right now is a good result.

Sorry, can't bring myself around to that viewpoint to be honest.

People saying we've got them at Parkhead are missing the point. We had the 3 points we needed against them in the bag. We were 3-2 up with 5 minutes to go. Now we start again at 0-0 at Parkhead on an even footing, granted we're still favourites to win that game.

And then there's the fact that this could've been one of the most memorable Glasgow derby wins of all time. A game that takes its place in Celtic folklore because how big a win it was and the fact we got a last-minute winner at Ibrox (which never happens by the way).

Today would've been a lot more palatable if we had netted a 96th equaliser with our only chance of the game. But that's not what happened.

Mate its no difference what fans think with their opinion but the what rules say. It makes no difference if you get the ball first this is a old time thing which fans keep hanging on too. There was a penalty in the same context in the Arsenal game yesterday with a bit more contact but still a penalty.

Is this in the rule book or in the Sonic Reducer rule book from 1980. It makes no difference if you get the ball first then foul the player. If a foul on the player after winning the ball penalty should be given, if not the ref has * up.

Ref decisions or not, doesnt stop us being at fault for the 2nd and 3rd goal.

We should have more than enough about us to have seen the result out at 3-2 but let * Matondo, of all of the shitiest of * hun players, like literally one their most ineffective players come on and * score.

We should be winning this league but this result sums up our season. * stop start rubbish.

Kerrydale street thread has footage of their penalty incident...Huns even telling him to get up ...great footage and tells you everything.

    VAR thread.

Could see a mile off matondo was going to try that. Was actually wind assisted and that obviously didn't help. As I said I agree with the 2nd and 3rd goals but they don't get them opportunities should beathun not do what we all said he would do and cheat.

VAR got introduced in England 5 years ago. Since then, I've only seen the ref stick to his original decision to not award a penalty after looking at the monitor once, and I'm sure that was in a European game.

Sick to death of the nonsensical VAR decisions every week. It's a shambles in England, but somehow it's even worse in Scotland.

They pressed us much higher in the second half, we were absolutely blowing out our holes but when we went 3-2 i was screaming for nawrocki to come on as we were struggling to deal with pressure.

Please show me the rule that says that was a foul?

I can't believe you are comparing the penalty Arsenal got to that one today. They are absolutely nothing like each other. The Arsenal player was wiped out by the force of of the swipe. It took his leg away.

The Brighton player missed his tackle. He swiped to get the ball just as the Arsenal player played it past him. The ball came off the side of his foot as the ball went past him. The ball came off him rather than his tackle initiating contact with the ball.

It was also the referee that gave the penalty to Arsenal. VAR is only supposed to intervene for clear and obvious errors.

Of course it matters what fans say. We are the people that watch lots of football and know that wouldn't be a penalty to any other team. The views by the vast majority of football fans was that was a scandalous decision. Not even a soft or debatable pen. Not that many people can be that far wrong.

You see tackles in every single game of football where the tacking player has played the ball and then made contact with the player. Often it ends up with the tackled player on the floor. Unless it's dangerous it's not a foul. Football is a contact sport.

Surely there isn’t any of our fans think the huns penalty actually was a penalty. Surely * no.
