    They are now claiming that Norwich will bid and get Hooper for 4.5mil.

    Yep Sun title it as Norwich in 4.5m bid - yet the article only says they may turn there attention to hooper as they didnt get Kone. Loada pish!

    4.5million could buy us another two players. There's not much difference between Hooper signing a new contract, going for 10 million next Summer and another player coming in and going for £10miilion next Summer, or possibly two.

    if hes wanting away and it looks that way.then we must get rid of him asap and not risk him leaving for nothing in jan.i would have sold him in jan i said that but if we get 4.5m-5m in final year of deal then we must take it as i doubt very much we will get anymore than that
