    Not like every other human being, no. Some players give their best whoever the opposition is - guys like Scott Brown and Joe Ledley for example. I'll concede that Hooper wasn't the only Celtic player to look like he wasn't trying a leg at times last season but that's not really a great excuse is it?

    Celtic fans don't bother about the SPL? I'm not quite sure how you reach that conclusion but I'm pretty sure it's wrong. I think you'd find if Celtic didn't win the SPL this place would be in meltdown.

    I don't believe I said anywhere in my previous post that I hold it against Hooper that he wants to leave and play in the EPL. I understand that most players who sign for us these days view us as a stepping stone to that league. I merely stated that I don't believe his heart is in playing for Celtic anymore, which you seem to be in agreement with.

    The transfer window's got another 6 weeks to go. These bids are how they began in January. 4.5, then 5, then 5.5, then 6...... even though they all know the price.

    Right now they're testing the water, but sometime soon a Liverpool or West Ham will just come straight in with the correct valuation knowing what price gets the deal done.
