I'm envious of HGV drivers sometimes, is your cabin cosy as *?

You'd get through a power of wanking as well.

    I used to sleep 8 hours a night , then when I turned 50 I am lucky if I get 6 hours a night .
Even at weekends if I get 6 hours a night I am lucky

About 8 for me is standard....though i wake up multiple times and drift back off. I dont set an alarm, but a couple of times a month i will get a random call meaning i need to go to a job early, so it could be about 4 if ive been up all night.(usual)

I love my sleep. I have dreams every night almost, probably because i awake often and naturally. I actually done a Paul McCartney the other night and dreamt a song. (he dreamt Yesterday) It was so vivid and i actually awoke remembering it, but by the time id brushed my teeth, it was fading.:56:Could have been the 'one'!!!!

    * I've done that before as well and dreamt a song but by the time I picked up the guitar I had forgotten it or else I'm just not musical enough to transfer it from brain to fingers. But yeah felt like a really beautiful song in the dream almost like I was lucid dreaming.

It would be amazing to Lucid Dream, I think we've all had moment of it but imagine being able to control a whole dream, you could really do some fantastic stuff. I'd probably stick to flying mostly before I got serious and wrote a play.

Great thing about waking up and going back to sleep is you get very vivid dreams that way. I read about it but can't be sure if we go straight into REM then or something else but apparently it causes us to go into a dream state very quickly.

I normally get between 4-6 hours sleep and one night a week I'll catch up and get maybe 9 hour sleep.

I've had some mad lucid dreams.

Had one about 2 years ago that sticks out. In the dream I was across the road from where my house is, just walking across a green towards the main road except there was no cars or people and everything was just completely silent. I was fully aware I was dreaming but everything around me was completely vivid. I only kept the dream going for what was probably 10-15 seconds or so.

Also had one before where I was walking through my estate and a lad that was in my Primary school class came out of nowhere and shot me in the chest, felt a pain in my chest, fell back and woke up but had my eyes still closed so all I could see was darkness. I thought for about 5 seconds I was dead. :56:That wasnt really a lucid dream though because I didnt know I was dreaming, it just really vivid.
