I have seen Ronaldo especially and Messi and Inesta behaving in a terrible manner, bringing the game of football into disrepute . Ronaldo is one of football's worse divers and cheaters. He is a very bad example to young footballers . I don't know how he behaves in restaurants and bars in Spain . Of course Europeans as a whole especially professional sportsmen tend to take a lot less drink.
The problem with Leigh Griffiths is that no one knows for sure what exactly Leigh Griffiths did on that day . Part of the video is clear and those who want him executed , believe that been in the bar and starting the song is enough .

Random , have you any family of your own ? If you have I am sure some of them have done wrong and you have chastised them as you thought best . However if neighbours or someone else started on them , wouldn't you defend your offspring . Its fine for you but not anyone else .

Aye, pretty sure. You're the one who keeps going on about how everyone else and their dog have got it wrong except you.

It's not an analogous situation, mate, at least as far as I can see.

I'm drunk, which, is very rare for me. apologies if I don't make sense. I just think some people need to stop pretending that Griffiths' actions weren't racist, that our club's history isn't relevant to this issue and that the fact we all do stupid things we regret when young makes it OK; others need to stop fooling themselves that all racists are scum. Racism is an evil, but it cpis a form of ignorance causing great wrong that sometimes affects pretty nice people who are simply ignorant rather than bad.

    This is all.

Why the * didn't you just use similar :56:

I think calling someone a filthy asylum seeker is worse than what the thumb did, and wasn't punished by law.

    Its an overreactionz

I din't think the two situations are the same type of thing. In Griffiths' case he is calling Skacel a refugee because of his ethnic origin, I mean * is that song all about?

Similar doesn't mean quite the same thing, mate. I wasn't trying to be pretentious. Sorry if it came across that way.

Is Griffiths just bitter because Skacel played brilliant when Hearts destroyed Hibs 5-1 in the Scottish Cup Final whilst he played * in the same game? It is just so uncalled for. Had Griffiths came out and said "Rudi Skacel is a * *, I hate the *" I'd laugh. But to get drunk in a pub, during the season, and sing about him being a "refugee"? Why?

It's worse IMO. It isn't necessarily racist though. It might be, depends on the context. The law can be very pedantic like that. I'm not a big fan of punishing people and certainly not based on a system of abstract rules.

Neighbours? No. Not if they were in the wrong. Same if they lost their job, The law? Yes, I would defend them. The law causes more pain than it saves IMO, I personally find it utterly insane that we use the law to solve social issues like this. For me the law should be restricted to murder, rape, GBH and other such crimes too serious to solve by education.
